ff8888 Terms & Conditions — Read Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between ff8888 (hereinafter "ff8888", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "Player", "you", or "your") who accesses or uses the services available at ff8888.club (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet all eligibility requirements outlined in Section 2;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You accept that ff8888's decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these Terms are final and binding in all disputes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ff8888.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ff8888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ff8888 operates a strict 18+ policy. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts closed immediately and all funds — including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances — will be forfeited without exception.
• Jurisdiction: You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location. ff8888 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Individuals who are legally prohibited from gambling by court order or any other legal instrument are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
• Not a Previously Excluded Player: You must not have been previously self-excluded from the ff8888 Platform or had an account closed by ff8888 for breach of these Terms.

ff8888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the ff8888 Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the ff8888 Platform at any time. The operation of multiple accounts — whether through different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ff8888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances held therein, regardless of the source of those funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. ff8888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate password security. You must notify ff8888 immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ff8888 operates a KYC verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering principles. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or when your account activity triggers a review threshold. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the ff8888 Privacy Policy. Withdrawal requests will be held pending KYC completion where verification is outstanding.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ff8888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to and from accounts held at BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ff8888 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad credit to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• ff8888 does not charge platform fees on deposits made via bKash or Nagad. Third-party transaction charges levied by the payment provider are the responsibility of the Player.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted and may be reversed and reported.
• ff8888 reserves the right to impose deposit limits at the account or platform level for responsible gaming or security purposes at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 6 business hours.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. ff8888 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds prior to satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements is not permitted. Only the cash balance portion of your account is eligible for withdrawal where bonus funds remain active.
• ff8888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected, pending investigation.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ff8888 is committed to preventing the use of its Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Any deposit that is not subsequently used for genuine gaming activity — and which is instead withdrawn shortly after crediting — may be treated as suspicious and reported to the relevant authorities. ff8888 cooperates fully with any lawful investigation by competent authorities and will provide account transaction records where legally required to do so.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonus offers made available by ff8888 — including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions — are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general conditions, the specific offer terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific offer's terms, all bonus amounts credited to a Player's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotional material for each offer. Failure to complete the required wagering within the specified validity period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit.
• Bonuses are personal to the Player and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.
• ff8888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds from a Player's account where abuse of a promotional offer is suspected or confirmed.
• Players who operate multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses will have all associated accounts closed and all bonus-derived balances forfeited.
• Specific game categories or individual titles may contribute at different rates towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Live casino games, for example, may contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. The applicable contribution rates will be specified in the individual offer terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games available on the ff8888 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product type, as published within the Platform. The following general rules apply across all gaming activity:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. ff8888 will not accept requests to cancel or void confirmed bets unless there is a demonstrable technical error on the part of the Platform.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or betting result, the ff8888 system records shall be considered definitive. Player-side records (screenshots, device logs) will not be accepted as evidence of a different outcome.
• ff8888 reserves the right to void any wager where it has been placed at erroneous odds or where a manifest error in the publication of a market is identified. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account balance.
• For live casino games, the outcome recorded by the game software of the relevant provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, or other) constitutes the official result. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the provider's system and honoured accordingly.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ff8888 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other individual in registering a duplicate account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or support interaction;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or perform actions on the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events whose outcome you have unlawfully influenced or have advance non-public knowledge of;
• Conducting any transaction through the Platform that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Attempting to access another player's account or the Platform's administrative systems without authorisation;
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by ff8888

ff8888 reserves the right to suspend a Player's account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or where account security is at risk. During a suspension period, deposits and withdrawals will be restricted. ff8888 will notify the affected Player of the suspension and the reason via their registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

8.2 Permanent Closure by ff8888

Where an investigation following suspension confirms a breach of these Terms, ff8888 reserves the right to permanently close the account. Upon permanent closure resulting from a breach, ff8888 reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account, including deposits and winnings. The Player will be notified of the outcome of any investigation in writing.

8.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

Any Player may request the closure of their ff8888 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may also use the self-exclusion tool detailed in Section 9.

9. Responsible Gaming

ff8888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following tools to assist Players in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders from 30 minutes to 4 hours.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, login to the account is disabled and marketing communications are suspended.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings due to a technical failure, server downtime, or internet connectivity interruption on the Player's side;
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in the Platform's content or game information that does not result from ff8888's own negligence;
• Unauthorised access to a Player's account arising from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Actions of third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, banking institutions) that cause delays or failures in the processing of deposits or withdrawals;
• Any loss arising from the Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform that is not of a financial advice nature.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ff8888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the ff8888 Platform — including but not limited to the ff8888 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ff8888 or its licensed third-party providers (including game studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ff8888.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ff8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Player rights, wagering requirements, payment conditions, or eligibility criteria — ff8888 will notify registered Players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 calendar days before the revised Terms take effect.

For non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates to contact information), changes may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Your continued use of the ff8888 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange the closure of your account and the return of any eligible balance.
